In this temporary role, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of care for residents during this period. Youll work closely with Registered Nurses (RNs) for complex cases and support the implementation of wellness programs under the guidance of RNs and managers.Your responsibilities will include:Conducting assessments and administering medicationsProviding wound care and other essential nursing interventionsEnsuring meticulous resident chartingUtilizing systems like Point-Click Care and EMAR to maintain accurate resident informationModeling Baptist Housings ministry values and servant leadershipPrioritizing the needs of others while fostering positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and familiesYour work location is in the seaside city of White Rock.
