Leveraging your sales experience and mining industry knowledge, you will identify new opportunities, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients technical needs.Reporting to the Sales Director, Americas, your main responsibilities will include:Managing the end-to-end sales process, including nurturing prospects, demonstrating solutions, handling objections, and closing dealsA strong focus on proactive prospecting, lead generation and building strong client relationships.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mining industryDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presenceParticipating in marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and product launchesBuilding strategic relationships with key clients, including Geologists and EngineersStay informed about mining industry trends and market demandsAbout YouAs an experienced salesperson, you will have a background in B2B sales/consulting within the mining industry.Key skills, experience, and qualifications:Minimally 5+ years of outbound sales experienceExperience with selling software/ Saas solutions or mining technology3+ years of experience within the mining and/or geology industryStrong ability to identify, pursue and close net new business opportunitiesExperience identifying potential clients, initiating outreach, and qualifying leads to build a robust pipelineExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building and maintaining client relationshipsAbility to travel for work as requiredMicromine is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, and we welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds to apply.Next StepsReady to join the Micromine team?
