Ayr, ON, Canada As the Expert Logistics & Network Excellence for North America, youll be the backbone of data integrity and process excellence. In this role, youll ensure accurate, consistent master data across systems, act as the goto expert for ERP platforms and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive efficiency and compliance. Together, we make it possible. Your Key Responsibilities Lead Master Data Management (MDM) processes for North America, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all business systems. Act as the primary Key User for ERP and related platforms, supporting data governance and system enhancements. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial) to maintain highquality master data and resolve datarelated issues. Drive process improvements by identifying gaps, implementing best practices, and supporting global data standards. Provide training and guidance to local teams on data management policies, tools, and workflows. Support regional projects and system rollouts, serving as the liaison between business users and IT for datarelated requirements. You bring Bachelors degree in business, supply chain, or related field. 5 plus years experience in Master Data Management (MDM) or data governance within ERP systems, SAP required. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to collaborate across functions, acting as a bridge between business teams and IT.
