Responsibilities and qualifications Strong knowledge of QA processes and leading experience, Testing Life Cycle, SDLC, estimation and defect management processes. Prior experience on mainframe testing (Batch, Online & Database) and tools like File-Aid, File Manager, Star, etc. Knowledge of testing methodologies (waterfall, iterative, agile, etc.) and design techniques with hands-on experience on ALM, JIRA and Confluence. Experience working with DB2 database using SQL involving joins, conditions, and aggregate clauses. Experience working with UFT automation tool; experience working in banking domain (preferably lending domain). Excellent analytical skills, quick learner, self-motivated.
