Responsibilities Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve On Time delivery to customers. Pack orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes. Ensure that products picked are of the highest qualityno damaged products or subfreshness. Document and label all orders correctly, interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels. Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a spaceefficient manner while maintaining product quality standards. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering service and supporting issue resolution. Adhere strictly to safety and food hygiene standards: maintain a clean, hygienic work area; immediately clean up spills and debris; ensure totes are clean and void of debris before packing. Operate materialhandling equipment safely, completing preinspection checks before use. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, safety, working conditions, and quality standards. Demonstrate flexibility in completing/adapting to work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules. Minimum Qualifications Age 16 or older.
