Everyone who works on our team truly wants to be there and believes in the work we do together.As an Altum Clinician you will empower and support clients through their recovery with the application of your hands-on knowledge, skills and abilities in the treatment of concussions/traumatic brain injuries, MSK injuries, chronic pain management, and mental health challenges, and return to work of injured workers. You will treat clients and enable them to reach their fully functional and work reintegration potential in collaboration with all stakeholders (client, treatment team and etc.) You will also perform cross-functional duties and cross-site duties, as assigned or requested.QualificationsUniversity Degree in respective profession as required by therespective collegeCertificate of Registration with respective CollegeTwo (2) years related experience in the treatment of clients/patients with work related injuries, MVA and/or experience in the third-party health care systemConcussion/TBI and mental health experience preferredFAE and Return to work planning skills preferredWorkWell certification preferredExcellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skillsDemonstrates appropriate and effective written, oral, and nonverbal communication skillsAbility to provide group education sessions and lead small group learningCompliance with confidentiality requirementsExercise initiative and good judgment with ability to multi-taskAdditional InformationIn addition to working alongside some of the most talented and inspiring healthcare professionals in the world, UHN offers a wide range of benefits, programs and perks.
