Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures. Achieve business goals by promoting solutions and completing processes accurately. Build a positive, diverse, equitable workplace by promoting team effectiveness and personal development. Assist team members and keep stakeholders updated on routine activities. Recommend operational improvements to enhance customer experience. Job Requirements High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet. Initiative, accuracy, and attention to task priorities. Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking.
