ABA Instructor Therapist Ongoing Contract Side by Side Therapy Markham, Ontario, Canada. Base pay: CA$25.00/hr CA$35.00/hr Job type: OnGoing Parttime, Independent Contractor Hours: Minimum 4 hours (2 2hour sessions) on weeknights after school or weekends. Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Contract Job function: Education and Training Responsibilities Implement sessions as directed by the RBA in accordance with the clients Individualized Service Plan (ISP) in the clients home or community. Apply feedback from the RBA (or delegate) in a timely manner to improve client outcomes. Record and graph data and notes required by the RBA. Arrive on time and prepared for all sessions with clients. Maintain regular communication with parents, other team members, and the agency. Other duties as assigned by the RBA. Qualifications (Must) Possess a minimum of 6months employment experience as an Instructor Therapist or similar role, implementing ABA procedures as directed by an RBA. Preferred Qualifications (Assets) Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and timemanagement skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other team members. Access to a reliable method of transportation. A College Diploma or University Degree in a related field. Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) course completion or previous registration as an RBT with the BACB. ABA/Autismrelated Diploma/Certificate. CPR / First Aid certification.
