Human Resources Exemption: No Education: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy Licenses: Registered Physical Therapist (PT), Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS), Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training: Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) Knowledge and Abilities: Ability to adapt to changing conditions Other Information: Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists (SCPT); Registered/eligible for membership with Canadian Physical Therapy Association; May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives; Travel within the region and provincially Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement Applicants must upload all relevant documents (eg: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position.
