Role Member Engagement Associate Altea Description Member Engagement Associates relish working with people and consistently provide a fivestar customer service experience to all members and guests. They establish rapport, build relationships, spread joy and optimism, and improve member retention by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations day in and day out. Availability: Closing Shift (11pm) Responsibilities Checkin all members and guests, answer questions, offer suggestions and provide administrative needs in a friendly manner. Maintain whiteglove standards for cleanliness of front lobby and cafe areas. Perform typical day activities such as greeting members, discussing fitness progress, answering schedule queries, processing day passes, answering the phone within three rings, rescheduling appointments, wiping down countertops, communicating with all departments, and updating CRM records. Qualifications Postsecondary education related to health and fitness industry (asset). Additional certifications or workshops in customer service (asset). 1+ year experience in customer service.
