Manager, Clinical Operations Interior Health Interior Health is hiring a Permanent Full Time Manager, Clinical Operations for the Community Transitions team and the Community LongTerm Care Access team at Royal Inland Hospital (RIH). This role supports timely discharge planning, reduces hospital length of stay, optimizes shortstay and longterm care bed usage, strengthens linkages with community and homecare services, and ensures effective postdischarge followup. Interior Health establishes salaries within the minimum and maximum of the salary range based on qualifications, experience, and an internal equity review.
