(CAN) Customer Service Manager Walmart Canada Join to apply for the (CAN) Customer Service Manager role at Walmart Canada. You will coordinate front end operations to provide exceptional customer service, maintain compliance with company standards, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Base Pay Range CA$15.00 per hour CA$15.00 per hour. Minimum hourly rate: $16.95 (determined based on relevant experience). Responsibilities Ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed (safe lifting techniques, cleanliness, evacuations, theft prevention). Handle customer and associate concerns and provide guidance as needed. Monitor all Front End associates to ensure proper coverage, coordinate breaks, and assist outlying registers. Provide training to associates on systems and company procedures (scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs, discounts, EAS system, and safety). Oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions and assist with error corrections, approvals, and verifying processes to meet company guidelines. Ensure all EAS systems are functioning to standard and handle related logs. Prepare registers for opening and closing, support cashiers with change as needed, maintain front end cash levels, and complete audits on register accuracy. Promote all company sponsor programs and initiatives (credit card service, Walmart protection plan, charity initiatives, and discount programs). Qualifications Age: 16 or older.
