Today, we invite you to join the Rseau des Femmes daffaire du Qubec (RFAQ), a leading organization in inclusive economic development in Quebec since 1981, and to play a tangible role in the growth and visibility of women entrepreneurs as an Entrepreneurial Mentoring Advisor.LocationVancouverEmployment typePermanent, fulltime, 40 hours/week, Monday to FridayWork modeHybridYour Future Work EnvironmentThe team is distinguished by a culture focused on:Mutual support and collaborationInnovation and excellenceInclusivity and respect for individual journeysGenuine concern for wellbeing and the human dimension of supportWhat you'll doAs an Entrepreneurial Mentoring Advisor, you will play a key role in the strategic support of women entrepreneurs, from their initial enrollment to the realization of sustainable business opportunities.Your responsibilities include:Welcoming entrepreneurs, analyzing their overall situation, and conducting diagnostics to establish clear priorities.Providing ongoing strategic support, monitoring the progress of their projects and growth.Leading workshops, oneonone meetings, and group sessions on topics related to entrepreneurial growth.Training and supporting entrepreneurs in using a dedicated digital platform to optimize their visibility and business opportunities.Analyzing opportunity data, making strategic recommendations, and supporting the conversion into concrete contracts.Facilitating access to the ecosystem by connecting entrepreneurs with key partners (funding, mentorship, networks, experts).Designing and updating educational tools and practical content.Contributing to program evaluation (qualitative and quantitative data, performance indicators).Participating in program promotion, coorganizing events, and animating support communities.Keeping abreast of business trends, public markets, innovation, ESG, and best practices.Essential QualificationsUniversity degree (Bachelors or higher) in administration, entrepreneurship, project management, marketing, or a related field.2 to 5 years of experience in entrepreneurial support, business development, B2B, or growth strategy.Strong interest or knowledge of public markets and supply chains.Comfort with digital tools or CRM systems (an asset).Professional proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.Empathy, active listening, and ability to build trustbased relationships.Autonomy, rigor, and initiative.Ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt them to varied profiles.Collaborative spirit and resultsoriented mindset.Genuine interest in womens entrepreneurship, sustainable growth, and ESG.BenefitsReal vacation time: 3 weeks of vacation plus a full twoweek closure at Christmas.Fridays that feel like the weekend: Summer schedule with Friday afternoons off from SaintJeanBaptiste Day to Labour Day.Hybrid work mode: A combination of inoffice and remote work, with at least one day per week in the office.Taking care of yourself too: Group insurance offered after 3 months on the job.Visible (and tangible) impact: Contribute directly to the growth of women entrepreneurs and more inclusive economic development.A team fueled by support and purpose: A human, stimulating, and collaborative environment where your expertise truly matters and we move forward together.And Now?If this role as an Entrepreneurial Mentoring Advisor speaks to you, if you enjoy guiding, structuring, mobilizing, and seeing projects come to life, we would love to meet you.
