Responsibilities Develop and implement a program in line with BrightPaths curriculum that supports the development of children. Maintain an environment that protects the wellbeing of children. Assess the abilities, interests, and needs of children and discuss progress with parents and other staff. Establish collaborative relationships with coworkers, management, and families. Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities as necessary. Work to maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) member in good standing with the Ontario College of ECE. Must meet province requirements for childcare employment.
