He developed DECIEM to be a happy family (of people and beauty brands), rooted in kindness, creativity, diversity, and respect, alongside Co-Founder, Nicola Kilner.We are growing rapidly and were looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us!WHAT WERE LOOKING FORThe Senior Manager of Online Transportation oversees the end-to-end movement of goods across all direct-to-consumer online channels, ensuring on-time, cost-efficient, and high-quality delivery performance. This role leads carrier strategy, contract negotiations, and network optimization while leveraging analytics and technology to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance customer experience. The manager partners cross-functionally with fulfillment, supply chain, customer service & eCommerce teams to build scalable, data-driven transportation solutions that support business growth and operational excellenceThis is a full-time, permanent position and candidates can work at either our Distribution Center located in Mississauga or at our Corporate Head Office Located in Liberty Village. It offers a hybrid work scheduled or 2-days a week, work from home and 3-days a week, in-office.WHAT YOUD BE DOING IN THIS ROLEOwn and manage all DTC and omni-channel transportation operations, including carrier relationships, fulfillment integration, and last-mile delivery performance across both DECIEM sites and 3PLsBusiness lead & key contact for all DTC transportation functions and Develop and execute cost-saving initiatives across parcel and freight modes whilst optimizing delivery quality & speedPartner with Supply Chain Planning, Fulfillment, and wider internal teams to ensure seamless operations across all channelsImplement and maintain transportation management systems (TMS), carrier APIs, and automation tools to streamline shipment execution and trackingLeverage technology to drive efficiencies throughout the post-order customer journeyCollaborate with IT and operations to deploy data dashboards and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for KPI visibilityChampion technology-driven solutions like dynamic rate shopping, carrier performance analytics, and AI-based routing.Drive network optimization projects using advanced analytics and scenario modeling.Own & participate in the continuous development and improvement (adding new modules/functionalities) of ERP systemsMonitor & report on key performance indicators for fulfillment, inventory & fine mile efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness in order to implement improvements to optimize workflows and reduce lead times with a key focus on improving the overall customer experienceSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONEBachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, or related field.5+ years of experience in transportation or logistics management, ideally a DTC or omni-channel environment.Proven track record of driving cost savings through process improvement and analytics.Proficiency with multiple platforms, ERP systems, and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dyanmics, SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Power BI, Tableau)Strong command of Excel, SQL, and data visualization for reporting and analysis.WHAT YOULL BE GAINING BY JOINING OUR TEAMTheres a lot of good stuff that comes along with being DECIEM team member.
