Base pay range CA$80,000.00/yr - CA$100,000.00/yr Research-intensive cleantech company working on solutions that reduce global GHG emissions. The Role Own the full sales order cycle and endtoend inventory management across a multitier supply chain. Manage 1 Material Handler in a fastpaced environment where precision and continuous improvement are critical. What Youll Do Process and confirm orders directly with customers, manage fulfillment plans for inhouse and 3PL stock, maintain delivery documentation Execute endtoend inventory control: cycle counts, physical counts with handheld scanners, audits across warehousestargeting 100% Inventory Record Accuracy Handle special inventory (RMA, Quarantine, Engineering Hold, Lab Processing) and goodsintransit across multiple partners Coordinate couriers, customs brokers, and logistics operations; manage import/export compliance Use Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP) to track items, manage movements, and support MRP processes Apply Lean principles and FIFO picking; monitor KPIs (OnTime Delivery, IRA, Cycle Time) Build reports using Power Query, Pivot Tables, and advanced Excel to drive improvements Requirements Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent experience 5+ years in order fulfillment, inventory control, or supply chain roles Strong ERP experience (D365 Business Central, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) Handson with handheld scanners, item tracking (Serial/Lot/Package numbers), and inventory movements Understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement Experience with couriers, customs brokers, and import/export protocols Nice to Have Electronics industry background (preference given) 3PL experience and inventory audit proficiency APICS certifications (CSCP, CPIM, CLTD) or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt International shipping and Incoterms knowledge What We Offer Competitive salary + health benefits + RRSP matching Own a highimpact operational function during critical growth Work with cuttingedge technology in cleantech Drive measurable improvements in fulfillment, accuracy, and customer satisfaction Not a keep the lights on role, this is operational ownership in a growing company making environmental impact.
