Position Details Position: Service Advisor Dealership: Sterling Honda Location: Hamilton, ON Classification: FullTime, Immediate Hire Responsibilities Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs. Welcoming customers and discussing their needs. Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone. Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration. Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicles problems or symptoms. Connecting customers to the right auto technician. Testdriving vehicles to confirm the customers vehicle is repaired as needed. Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions. MustHaves Minimum of 2year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role. CDK experience is an asset. Automotive knowledge. Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience. Ability to set and achieve targeted goals. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with many priorities. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to remain calm when customers and/or situations are not. Organization and followup skills.
