The Opportunity Were seeking a Commercial Superintendent with a background in commercial and/or residential construction whos ready to grow with a communitydriven general contractor. With a collaborative team, diverse project opportunities, and strong mentorship, youll help deliver quality projects and a great client experience across the Fraser Valley. As a Commercial Superintendent, you will lead daytoday site operations from mobilization to closeoutcoordinating trades and field staff, running site meetings and toolbox talks, and keeping detailed daily reports. Youll drive the schedule, manage site documentation and inspections, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specdelivering quality results and a positive client experience. This role is based out of the Fraser Valley, with the possibility of travel to outoftown projects. Your Key Responsibilities Keep a daily log of construction activities. Hold weekly site meetings to track project schedules. Conduct Toolbox Talks and orientations. Handover of home to clients and delivery of warranty documents. Develop and plan for project requirements (manpower, equipment, and materials). Hold required site meetings. Daily walkthroughs of projects quality assurance and site photo uploads. Daily updating of project schedules. Supervise field staff and trade partners. Teamwork; open to be on the tools. Duties may evolve based on project needs, organizational priorities, and direction from leadership. Your Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Residential or Commercial Superintendent. Adequate computer skills to communicate with all project stakeholders. Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills. Experience with Worksafe BC safety standards. Valid Drivers License and clean abstract required. Current First Aid certification an asset. Familiarity with CoConstruct and Salus an asset. Red Seal trade qualification is an asset.
