Job Responsibilities Develops, implements and administers costeffective benefits programs such as pension plans and life, health, and disability insurance. May also administer the organizations Employee Assistance Program. May also be required to be a subject matter expertise in the area of Disability Management and Attendance Support to ensure timely and effective case management. Assist our Plan Members with daytoday medical and dental claims and health benefitrelated questions. Audit retirement plan eligibility and participant data such as employee and employer contributions; resolve discrepancies within system and with recordkeeper. Benefit plan administration. Special projects as needed such as file feed enhancements, managing/auditing data, testing. Performs other duties as they might be assigned. Work with broader HR team, auditors, finance team, legal, and actuaries on various retirement items. Process life insurance claims. Job Requirements Post secondary in Business, Human Resources or related field. A minimum of 35 years of experience working with employee benefits. Advanced MS Office skills (e.g., proficiency in Excel to include using pivot tables, vlook ups and the mail merge feature in Word). Strong written and verbal communication skills.
