Floor Coordinator Ricoh is currently looking for a career-oriented individual to coordinate on a daily basis with outside contractors and inhouse services performing a wide variety of tasks related to the maintenance and operation of the building grounds. The Floor Coordinator will perform a variety of duties to support the building and Divisions daily operations such as office services including mail, courier, duplication and security. Responsibilities Schedule and assign work requests for outside contractors and inhouse services, and oversee completion of assigned projects and services such as electrical, voice/data cable, plumbing, waste disposal, recycling, repairs, painting, carpet cleaning, etc. Provide administrative support for training on alarm system activation and deactivation for new hires. Maintain a database of service vendors, contracts, and invoices paid. Ensure janitorial services in the building meet quality standards. Liaise with building security company to ensure the reliability of the building alarm system. May be required to attend to security alarms after hours. Issue, activate and deactivate swipe cards as necessary. Report building maintenance issues (e.g., plumbing, electrical) to the Maintenance Department. Monitor the use of kitchen supplies and maintain kitchen equipment and appliances. Respond to a variety of client requests, such as cutting office/cabinet keys, hanging cabinets, ordering beverages for meetings, etc. Coordinate office moves and review and change floor plans; work with applicable vendors to manage office moves and furniture orders. Coordinate small construction projects, e.g., converting a conference room to an office. Respond to requests from the Division to order new office furniture, repairs and modifications of existing furniture; coordinate office space reconfiguration and maintain and inventory used office furniture for the Division, making it available for other use. Design, develop, and document processes and procedures specific to support the clients environment. Produce monthly SLA and metric reports. Deliver agreed levels of service (as defined in customer SLA). Qualifications Industry related training. Postsecondary diploma is required. Minimum 2 years of experience in roles with similar responsibility, scope, and skills. Previous service, support, technical, or operational experience with customers. Skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop business relationships. Strong selfmotivation to drive results. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
