We serve both retail and wholesale markets from our locations in Regina, Emerald Park, Yorkton, Estevan, and Weyburn. Job Summary As a Parts Counter Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice, product knowledge, and outstanding service. You will assist customers over the counter and by phone helping them find the right parts for their vehicles or equipment. You will also support merchandising initiatives and contribute to a clean, organized, and professional store environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and salesfocused manner Sell parts, provide quotes, and advise customers on product options and compatibility Assist customers in selecting required parts, suggesting companion products when appropriate Process payments accurately and efficiently via POS, cash, debit, or credit transactions Handle returns and warranty items Participate in merchandising and visual display initiatives to enhance product visibility Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the store, displays, and outside areas Protect and maintain the security of store assets Stay up to date on new products, industry innovations, and company promotions Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Automotive knowledge or experience an asset; industrial, agricultural, or paint knowledge is a plus Proven experience in retail, customer service, or automotive parts sales preferred Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and inventory Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs Proficiency with computers and POS systems Friendly, professional, and salesoriented demeanor Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Benefits At Auto Electric Service Ltd. and Mainline Fleet Service, we believe our people are the key to our success.
