They also:Conduct assessments that measure conformity to established regulatory, industry, and proprietary brand standards for clientsObserve food prep and cooking standards to ensure food safety, health, and sanitation practicesPartner with clients to address root causes of assessment discrepancies and develop corrective action plansTeach and coach clients how to make their workplace a safer and healthier environment for themselves and THEIR customersTravel up to 50%, or 10 days per month, including some evening and weekend workRequirementsWhat do you need?Meet the requirements to obtain a CP-FS certificationHighly flexible Sunday to Saturday work schedule that lets you work around personal commitmentsDesire to travel via car and/or plane up to 50% of timeAbility to lift 10 lbs chest high, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reachingHave excellent listening and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnExcellent organization and time management skillsAbility and desire to influence others with tact and skillAbility to provide clear and constructive feedback in a positive mannerThrives in an autonomous working environmentAbility to organize and prioritize work based on urgency, efficiency and other factorsSafe driving record and a commitment to working safelyStrong technical knowledge of food safety is preferredServSafe and/or CP-FS Certification(s) a plusMust pass pre-employment background screenMust possess a valid driver's license and pass motor vehicle record searchBudgeted Salary: $40,000-$46,000 AnnuallyBenefitsBelow you'll find information about some of what Rentokil Canada Corporation has to offer.
