Our FYidoctors Winnipeg - Sterling Lyon Pkwy clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest Patient Services Specialist. This position is a parttime role working 2029 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday. You will play a critical role within FYidoctors by delivering worldclass service to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients everyday. As a Patient Services Specialist, you will be responsible for front desk reception as well as pretesting duties and will often be the first point of contact with patients. Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinicChecking patients in and out of the officeCommunicating with patients in person, by phone, and by emailManaging appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and paymentsAdministering pretesting services What Do You Bring?
