Showcase is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store in Park Royal Shopping Centre. Showcase is a national retailer with 150 bricksandmortar stores across Canada and the USA. Our stores offer emerging trendy products from social media, such as health, beauty, home, toys, tech, and novelty food. Our top products include Pokmon trading cards, Squishmallows, freezedried candy, Prime Hydration drinks, and more. Our target demographic is GenZ tweens and teens, as well as their parents. Showcase is known as a trendy and disruptive retailer with novel and unique products. The instore experience is fun and interactive where you can try it before you buy it. Responsibilities Manage daytoday store operations and achieve sales targets. Recruit, train, develop and manage a team of sales associates to deliver an exceptional instore experience. Create a positive and engaging environment for both customers and associates. Analyze sales and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic and sales, including social media and community outreach programs. Ensure that the store is visually appealing and merchandised to showcase our products effectively. Monitor inventory levels and work with the District Manager to manage inventory. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. Requirements At least 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a highvolume, fastpaced retail environment. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability. Strong leadership and teambuilding skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions. Knowledge of social media and digital marketing trends. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Experience in the health, beauty, home, toys, tech or food industry is a plus. Salary: $50,000$55,000 yearly, commensurate with experience. Seniority Level: MidSenior level.
