The CDC ensures quality standards are consistently met in food production, team management, and guest experience. Collaborates with the Executive Chef team to plan and execute seasonal menus Manages hiring, training, scheduling, evaluations, and terminations Reviews financials such as sales, costs, and labor to adhere to budgets Manages inventory: estimates needs, orders, receives, and checks deliveries Informs front of house of menu changes, specials, and shortages Resolves employee or guest incidents Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications 5+ years of chef experience, including 2+ years in management Knowledge of Italian cuisine Excellent communication and leadership skills Advanced computer skills Bachelors Degree or culinary arts training preferred Additional Information Flexible onsite schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting Use of commercial kitchen equipment Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, 401K, bonuses, free meals, discounts, classes, and more. #J-18808-Ljbffr
