Healing Roots Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. In this role, youll provide psychotherapy services and conduct comprehensive assessments for clients aged 7 and up, all while working in a supportive, team-based environment that values your growth and expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults.Conduct psychoeducational and psychological assessments for individuals aged 7 and up.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.Conduct couples and family therapy (experience in this area is highly valued).Complete detailed case conceptualization and thorough clinical documentation.Provide ethical supervision and support to a team of therapists (if applicable).Collaborate with team members to ensure holistic and culturally-informed care.RequirementsPh.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical, Counselling, or School Psychology from an accredited program OR Masters degree in Psychology with relevant registration.Current license as a Registered Psychologist in Ontario with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO).Training in evidence-based interventions with a strong interest in psychotherapy integration.Proficiency in conducting psychoeducational and psychological assessments for learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, and mental health conditions across the lifespan.At least one year of psychotherapy experience (experience with couples and families is a strong asset).Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent case conceptualization and report writing abilities.Cultural competence and experience working with diverse populations (proficiency in additional languages is a plus).Flexibility and adaptability to meet client needs and clinic demands.Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Screening.Competitive hourly rate: $130 $160 per hour.Fully equipped clinic with administrative support (scheduling, billing, IT).Comprehensive electronic charting, scheduling, payments, and billing system.Marketing support to build your caseload.Free group supervision and quarterly workshops to support your professional development.Team get-togethers and collaborative opportunities to build community within the practice.Opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and clinical presentations.How To ApplyIf youre ready to join a collaborative, growth-oriented team that values work-life balance, professional development, and making a difference, wed love to hear from you!Incomplete applications (including those without Big 5 Personality Test results,) may result in delayed follow-up. #J-18808-Ljbffr
