As a Shift Manager, youre committed to being your best self and working with integrity as you learn how to operate multimillion-dollar restaurants. Our ideal candidate has a commitment to teamwork and a desire to learn and grow.As a Shift Manager, you will:Exemplify exceptional leadership skills. Support employees with potential issues and resolutions in order to ensure the highest profitability and smoothest operation. Train employees on delivery of irresistible food and drink, while engaging in authentic conversation.Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.Demonstrate your passion for the guest experience.
