We provide a culture of learning, open communication, professionalism and accountability.We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a diverse skillset to support our various projects throughout the Fraser Valley and our out of town projects.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Keep a daily log of construction activitiesHold weekly site meetings to track project schedulesConduct Toolbox Talks and orientationsHandover of home to clients and delivery of warranty documentsDevelop and plan for project requirements (manpower, equipment, and materials)Hold required site meetingsDaily walkthroughs of projects quality assurance and site photo uploadsDaily updating of project schedulesSupervise field staff and trade partnersAll duties as assigned by the Construction ManagerTeamwork; open to be on the toolsEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements:Minimum 5 years of Proven experience as a Residential or Commercial SuperintendentAdequate computer skills to communicate with all project stakeholdersExcellent organizational and time-management skillsExperience with Worksafe BC safety standardsValid Drivers LicenseCurrent First Aid certification an assetFamiliarity with CoConstruct and Salus an assetRed Seal trade qualification is an assetThe salary range for this position will be discussed during the interview stage, taking into consideration candidate qualifications and experience.Emil Anderson Group is an equal opportunity employer, in all aspects of employment, including recruiting, hiring, training, performance management, promotions, and benefits.
