Maintain the SMS website and social media; respond to public and media inquiries. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or Communications; equivalent education and experience will be considered. Experience in strategic and internal communications; knowledge of communication techniques, methods, and tools; ability to communicate complex issues clearly across varied audiences.
