Join our design team to shape how users engage with intelligent travel assistants, realtime chat, and natural language interfaces across platforms. AIPowered Travel Experiences Team As a Senior Product Designer, AI & Conversational UX, youll lead the design of AIdriven chat that powers Agodas AI Assistant, trip planning & discovery, customer support flows, and proactive recommendations. Youll partner closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to design interactions that feel human, helpful, and seamless. What Youll Do Design endtoend conversational flows across chatbots, messaging UIs, voice interfaces, and contextual surfaces on web and mobile. Translate AI and machine learning capabilities into usercentered features with clear, guided interactions. Build interaction models, flows, and prototypes that communicate intent and optimize for speed, clarity, and trust. Collaborate with AI/ML, product, and engineering to test, iterate, and scale new features. Advocate for accessibility, usability, and design quality across all touchpoints. Partner with content team, researchers, and other designers to define content strategies for natural, humancentric dialogues. Collaborate closely with the Design Systems team to ensure assistant UI components are scalable and deliver a seamless experience across chat and all app surfaces. Help define design principles and best practices for conversational UX at Agoda. Align on design direction through datadriven decisions, leveraging research and best practices, and proactively collaborating with PMs and stakeholders to validate concepts via user testing, experiments, or data analysis. What Youll Bring 6+ years of experience in product or interaction design, ideally with a strong focus on conversational interfaces, chatbots, or AIdriven tools. Bring a datadriven mindset to the role, leveraging research, data, and industry best practices to inform design decisions, and extensive experience validating ideas through user testing, experiments, and analysis in partnership with crossfunctional teams. A portfolio showcasing endtoend design work for messaging, chat, or AIpowered user flows. Strong systems thinking and interaction design skillsyou can connect user needs with technical possibilities and design scalable solutions. Familiarity with the mechanics and constraints of LLMs, generative AI, or natural language processing. Experience with Figma, prototyping tools, and user research methodologies. A userfirst mindset and passion for simplifying complexity through clear design. Excellent collaboration and communication skills in crossfunctional settings. Bonus Points Background in voice UX, multimodal interfaces, or customer support tools. Experience with localisation and designing for multilingual audiences. Familiarity with personalization engines or recommendation system. Prior experience in travel, ecommerce, or largescale B2C platforms.
