Fournir un leadership clair pour dfinir et faire voluer la stratgie mondiale de rmunration en fonction des tendances du march et des priorits de lentreprise. Dtenir et maintenir les normes, cadres et modles de gouvernance en matire de rmunration lchelle du groupe. Dfinir et amliorer la manire dont les services de rmunration sont fournis lchelle mondiale, en les alignant sur les ambitions du modle oprationnel global afin de simplifier les processus, amliorer la cohrence et enrichir lexprience des employs et des parties prenantes. Promouvoir lamlioration continue, intgrer les normes mondiales et favoriser la collaboration interrgionale. Dfinir et grer les structures salariales par pays ainsi que les investissements lis aux rvisions annuelles des salaires. Reporting to the General Manager Executive & Employee Remuneration and Share Plans and working in a collaborative community, a challenging and exciting environment, you will oversee a team of direct reports and indirect reports across four integrated areas, and you will be Shaping how remuneration strategy is embedded across the organization, ensuring it remains agile, relevant, and aligned with our evolving business landscape. Providing thought leadership to define and evolve the global remuneration strategy in line with market trends and business priorities. Owning and maintaining group-wide remuneration standards, frameworks, and governance models.
