Registered Dental Hygienist - Empire Dental Company: 123Dentist via Empire Dental Location: Kamloops, British Columbia (Empire Dental Clinic) Employment type: Parttime 16 hours per week, flexible days. Base pay range: CA$57.00/yr CA$60.00/yr (based on experience and skills). About the Role We are looking for a passionate, hardworking Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a parttime basis. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to educate patients on preventative dental care, oral hygiene, and to develop individualized treatment plans and homecare routines. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients, including scaling, polishing, and oral health assessments. Educate patients on proper oral care techniques and preventive measures. Develop personalized treatment and homecare plans tailored to each patients needs. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure cohesive patient care. Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records in the practice management software (Tracker preferred). Qualifications Currently registered or in the process of registering with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP). New graduates welcome. Experience with dental practice management software, such as Tracker, is considered an asset. Excellent communication skills with patients and families.
