Youve worked in food service before, love connecting with people, and bring energy and accountability to every shift.Full-time availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends is required.What Youll DoLead by example on the floor, creating a fun, productive, and respectful shiftSupport training, onboarding, and development of new team membersEnsure smooth daily operations from prep to closeDeliver exceptional service and maintain high food quality and cleanliness standardsJump in wherever needed from making bowls to handling customer questions to solving issues on the flyCommunicate with management to ensure the team is supported and systems are followedWhat You Bring1+ year of experience in a food service or retail leadership roleStrong communication and organizational skillsPositive, team-first mindset with a customer-focused approachFoodsafe Level 1 (or willing to complete within the first month)30+ hours/week availability across varied shiftsWere not your average fast-casual spot.
