This role is critical to rebuilding trust, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring every interaction feels respectful, knowledgeable, and caring.While this is a high-volume call and order-support role, success here is not about speed alone. Its about listening, learning, and showing up with empathy and professionalism every time.Because our products and processes are specialized, this role begins with handson training on the retail floor, where you will learn our products, systems, and service standards before transitioning fully into the customer support desk.What you'll doCustomer Experience & SupportDeliver exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in personHandle a high volume of inbound calls with warmth, patience, and professionalismListen actively, ask thoughtful questions, and guide customers to appropriate solutionsResolve concerns independently when possible and elevate appropriately when neededMaintain a calm, compassionate approach even in challenging situationsOrders, Administration & SystemsAccurately enter retail and phone orders, invoices, rentals, and thirdparty billingManage customer accounts and documentation in ERP/CRM systemsSupport order fulfillment across retail, phone, ecommerce, rentals, deliveries, and curbside pickupAssist with returns, exchanges, delivery scheduling, and service requestsComplete administrative and followup tasks with strong attention to detailDevelop strong product knowledge across medical equipment, mobility aids, and home healthcare suppliesStay current on promotions, policies, and proceduresApply product knowledge confidently to support customers and reduce errorsTeam & Store SupportCollaborate closely with Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Billing, and Marketing teamsSupport retail floor operations, inventory tasks, and general office duties as neededContribute positively to team culture, engagement, and continuous improvementTraining & Development PathWe are committed to setting you up for success.Handson product learningCustomer interaction and service standardsUnderstanding how customers shop, ask questions, and make decisionsPhone and email supportOrder entry, billing, and internal processesSystems training (ERP/CRM) and crossdepartment workflowsOngoing coaching, feedback, and product education continue beyond onboarding.Who you areRequired Skills & AttributesCustomerfirst mindset you genuinely care about helping peoplePositive, professional phone presence and strong listening skillsEmpathetic, patient, and emotionally intelligentOrganized and detailoriented with strong followthroughComfortable working with computers, order systems, and multiple screensCalm under pressure and receptive to feedback and coachingA collaborative team player who contributes to a supportive environmentExperience & EducationHigh school diploma required23+ years of customer service, administrative, or callcentre experienceExperience handling high call volumes is an assetRetail experience strongly preferredMedical, healthcare, or productintensive environments are an asset but not requiredWe hire for attitude and values first.
