Physiotherapist PREP Society for Individuals with Down Syndrome PREP is well known for its success in supporting families and children with Down syndrome, and we take pride in our role as an advocate for inclusion for over 37 years. Our therapists educate parents, health care professionals, and educators about best practices for communication skill development and identify measurable, achievable goals that motivate parents and professionals to work together to help each child realize his or her full potential. We are currently looking for a Physiotherapist (PT) to join our multidisciplinary team and provide support for our children aged 012 with their FSCD contracts. Hours are flexible, but therapy support will need to be offered outside of school hours, which means availability during some later afternoons (no later than 5:30pm) will be required. This is a 0.8 or 1.0 FTE position (2835hrs/week), presently a 10month role (SeptJune) with potential additional hours during the summer based on program needs.
