OverviewWe are looking for a Farm Supervisor to oversee daily farm operations and ensure the smooth running of agricultural activities. Pay:CA$25.00 CA$28.00 per hour Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations Direct farm grooming and agricultural crops deleafing activities Oversee the activities of clearing the fields Organize tasks to accomplish the work Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed Maintain quality control and production records Implement soil fertility programs Main Responsibilities 1 year to less than 2 years supervising experience in an agricultural or farm setting Ability to work under pressure Ability to work in physically demanding environment Ability to work in fast paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
