This role is ideal for someone with experience or interest in vertical transit structures, civil/MEP works, and utility coordination.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Construction Manager in planning and scheduling activities for stop structures and TPSS installation.Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and information.Monitor subcontractor progress, ensure compliance with contract specifications, and support quality assurance/quality control efforts.Support utility relocations and coordinate with third-party stakeholders (e.g., Hydro One, Alectra, Enbridge, municipalities).Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and meeting minutes.Assist with the preparation of look-ahead schedules, progress tracking, and daily reporting.Participate in site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.Work closely with field engineers and field coordinators to resolve design and construction conflicts.Ensure TPSS-related civil, electrical, and grounding works are completed per schedule and standards.Track material deliveries and assist in logistics planning for delivery to constrained urban sites.Qualifications:Degree or diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering (or related field).25 years of relevant construction or infrastructure project coordination experience preferred.Experience with transit, LRT, rail, or civil infrastructure projects is an asset.Familiarity with structural concrete, architectural finishes, electrical rooms, and MEP systems.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project).Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.Knowledge of safety procedures and environmental requirements in a construction environment.Valid drivers license and ability to travel between sites along the corridor.What Amico Can Offer You:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceEmployer Matching Retirement ProgramLife insuranceAt Amico, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
