The RCC will be responsible for the provision of intake assessment and treatment services for clients with a variety of psychological and physical diagnoses.The role will be based in our Fleetwood location and occasionally cover our Surrey King George clinicTake an inside look at what youll do each dayPsychological assessment for treatment planningCounselling/treatment/educationPsychological case management input and direction to the therapy teams pertaining to initial assessment, treatment planning, clients' progress, conflict resolution, stakeholder discussions and problem solving, and discharge planningQuality reporting and communicationOrientation and mentoring to assist other team members to effectively manage clients' psycho-social issuesHeres What Youll Need To Be SuccessfulA graduate of a recognized School of CounsellingRegistered member in good standing with BCACCExperience with chronic pain, concussion and/or post traumatic stress disorderExperience in Return to WorkA high degree of proficiency in problem solving and decision makingAn ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary teamEffective communication skills toward consensus with clients, payers, and stakeholdersSalary Range: $40.00-$50.00 per hourWhat CBI Health Can Offer To YouWe are proud of our friendly environment, supportive leadership and the knowledgeable team members who make it all possible.
