Join our dynamic team as an Invoicing Associate in Saint John, NB In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and processing customer invoices accurately and efficiently. As an Invoicing Associate, you will: Prepare customer invoices in a timely manner Review invoices for accuracy and ensure compliance with customer contracts, including pricing and requirements Ensure correct pricing, discounts, taxes, and other applicable charges are included Meet specific monthly invoicing budgets Answer invoicing inquiries and resolve customer disputes Process credit card payments Upload invoices to customer portals Create credit memos Collaborate and build relationships with service supervisors, dispatchers and technicians Required Competencies Post-secondary education (degree/diploma) and/or equivalent experience 23 years'' experience in a business environment Proven experience in invoicing or a similar role Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills High energy, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a positive attitude Detail-oriented and deadline-conscious Team player with the ability to multi-task Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP considered an asset Why Join Us?
