About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Executive Assistant to support our financial operations and provide administrative support to leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping (Primary) Manage day-to-day accounting using Quick books Desktop and on line for up to 5 different companies Record journal entries, bank and credit card reconciliations Process accounts payable and receivable Maintain general ledger and financial records Prepare expense summaries Assist with year-end preparation and work with external accountants Track receipts, invoices, and vendor documentation Maintain HST / GST records and filings Executive Assistant Duties Manage calendars, emails, and scheduling Coordinate meetings, travel, and documents Support communication and collaboration through Microsoft Teams (channels, chats, meetings, file sharing) Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations Maintain organized digital files and records Support special projects and business operations as needed Qualifications 3+ years experience in bookkeeping or accounting support Proficiency in QuickBooks desktop and on line Knowledge government remittances Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 tools Experience supporting business owner High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism Prior experience in professional services or consulting environments Strong communication and organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
