Overview We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities Operate and monitor various production machinery to ensure smooth workflow Assist in the preparation and assembly of food products according to specified standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production area in compliance with food safety regulations Conduct quality checks on products, identifying and reporting any defects or irregularities Follow HACCP guidelines and other food safety procedures at all times Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and recording supplies used Support team members in completing daily production targets efficiently Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment, including troubleshooting mechanical issues when necessary Requirements Knowledge of HACCP principles and commitment to food safety standards Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is desirable but not essential; training will be provided Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance tasks Basic maths skills for measurements, record keeping, and quality checks Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment Good organisational skills with attention to detail Willingness to work flexible shifts as required, including early mornings or late shifts if necessary This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking hands-on experience within the food manufacturing sector.
