Job Description Assign and direct parts personnel; coach and mentor employees, assisting them in reaching monthly department goals Hire and train parts counter staff Knowledge of the location of all parts and some knowledge of uses and installation techniques Communicate effectively with the Service and Sales department to order customer and stock unit parts Address complaints and resolve problems Manage parts inventory and track parts sales and usage Monitor inventory control including replenishment, stocking, cycle counting and physical inventory Education High school graduation or equivalency A Parts journeyman ticket is considered an asset. Previous retail experience is required, preferably within an automobile or RV dealership. Management experience is an asset Must be willing to take regular WHMIS, First Aid and other occupational training as provided by the company. They will be required to work weekends and the occasional evening, especially during the busy season of April through September.
