This position requires expertise in advanced layering techniques, color matching, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and finish premium ceramic restorations (veneers, crowns, bridges) to meet exacting esthetic standards. Apply advanced layering, staining, and glazing techniques for natural appearance. Collaborate with clinicians and technicians to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction. Maintain compliance with lab protocols and quality control standards. Support innovation and continuous improvement in cosmetic workflows. Qualifications Proven experience as a dental ceramist with advanced cosmetic skills. Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, ceramic materials, and esthetic principles. Expertise in color matching and layering techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
