Nous recrutons actuellement un Expert en sinistres - Rclamations automobiles pour rejoindre notre quipe au Qubec. Le poste est distance et nous sommes ouverts aux candidats de tout le Canada. Le candidat retenu enqutera, valuera, ngociera et rglera les rclamations par tlphone et par correspondance. Il rglera les pertes dans le cadre de l''autorit dlgue ou fera des rapports aux clients tout en orientant galement les experts sur le terrain et les conseillers juridiques selon les tches. - We are currently recruiting for a Desk Adjuster - Auto Claims to join our team in Quebec. The position is remote and we are open to candidates from across Canada. The successful candidate will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims by telephone and correspondence. Settling losses within delegated authority or reporting to clients while also directing field adjusters and legal council on a task basis. Enregistrement, rapport et prsentation prcis des dossiers. Maintien de la facturation exacte, ainsi que des registres de temps et de dpenses. Travaille avec le responsable pour entretenir les relations avec les clients. - Investigation, collection, and analysis of claims information. Evaluates coverage, liability and quantum. Negotiates, settles, finalizes claims. Accurate recording, reporting and presentation of files. Maintenance of accurate billing, and time and expense records. Work with manager to maintain client relations. Au moins 2 ans d''exprience technique dans le traitement des rclamations automobiles, personnelles, commerciales et de responsabilit. Licence personnelle et commerciale de l''AMF. Matrise professionnelle complte du franais et de l''anglais. Une formation postsecondaire dans un domaine li l''assurance est un atout. Capacit mener des enqutes tlphoniques, valuer, ngocier et rgler des rclamations de lignes commerciales de premire et troisime parties. Comptent dans la tenue de dossiers prcis et dtaills d''activits, de transactions et de provisions. Comptences avances en informatique. Excellente tiquette et courtoisie au tlphone. Excellentes comptences en communication. Doit tre un joueur d''quipe avec un fort engagement envers la qualit et le service la clientle. - At least 2 years of technical experience handling auto claims, personal, commercial and liability . Personal and Commercial AMF license. Full professional bilingual proficiency in French and English. Post-secondary education in an insurance related field is an asset. Ability to conduct telephone investigations, evaluate, negotiate and settle first- and third-party commercial lines claims. Proficient in maintaining accurate and detailed activity, transaction and reserve records. Advanced computer skills. Excellent telephone etiquette and courtesy. Excellent communication skills.
