What you will do As a Sales Representative, you will plan, direct, and coordinate the selling of Stryker products (specifically Stryker''s Joint Replacement and Trauma portfolios) to physicians and to obtain maximum profitability and volume. This individual must serve as a contributing member of the Joint Replacement and Trauma sales team while championing Stryker''s Mission and Values. Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation Directly responsible for the promotion and sale of Stryker products Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker Products Directs product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings Keeps Manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion Managing and maintaining a sample inventory of products Must understand and adhere to all operating room and pertinent Occupational Health and Safety Act guidelines when conducting a product evaluation Has the necessary authority to execute above mentioned job responsibilities, and will have authority to carry out specific responsibilities defined by quality system documents Has authority to recommend and initiate preventative and correction action with regard to product non-conformances and quality system activities What you need Required: University Degree 3+ years outside sales or clinical experience Preferred: Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing OR a degree in a health-related discipline, science, or kinesiology 3+ years in Medical Device Sales Additional Information: Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations Must have a valid driver''s license $90,000 and may be eligible to earn variable commission + benefits.
