Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of objectives within scope and budget. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize workflows. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making. Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to support business growth. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Requirements Proven experience in supervising teams with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Strong background in sales, business development, and project management. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze processes critically and implement effective improvements. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience in process improvement methodologies is preferred.
