As a Lifestyle Consultant, you''ll enjoy the spa atmosphere while guiding guests on their path to wellness helping them understand the benefits of consistent massage therapy and supporting them in achieving their goals. This is primarily a sales role along with some reception tasks throughout each day. Once enrolled, you''ll continue to encourage our Members in maintaining regular massage treatments, helping them stay consistent in achieving their goals through: Strong phone communication skills both incoming and outgoing calls Proficient computer skills for accurate scheduling and invoicing A commitment to excellence in customer service at every interaction Full-time positions are available: Beltline (downtown Calgary) Note: There is only a PART-time position available at our Northgate Village (NE Calgary) location. Must be available to work: Evenings (start time in the afternoon, until 9pm) plus at least one shift every weekend.
