The successful candidate will be responsible for: Matching customers with new and pre-owned vehicles by understanding their needs, preferences, and lifestyle Presenting Toyota vehicles through professional walkarounds, test drives, and demonstrations, clearly communicating features, benefits, and value Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent follow-up Guiding customers through pricing, payment, and financing options using in-person, phone, text, and email communication Identifying customer needs and matching them with appropriate new or pre-owned vehicle solutions Achieving and exceeding established sales objectives while maintaining Toyota brand and dealership standards Delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience at every stage of the purchase journey Maintaining strong product knowledge through ongoing training and manufacturer programs Setting, tracking, and executing monthly performance goals through effective planning and organization What you bring to the team: A strong customer-first mindset with a consistent, professional approach to service A positive attitude and genuine interest in helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs Confidence communicating with customers in person, by phone, text, and email An understanding of social media platforms, with the ability to professionally create and share content; experience using social media to build relationships and generate business is considered an asset Willingness to learn, grow, and continuously develop product and industry knowledge Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and basic computer applications The ability to present information clearly, accurately, and enthusiastically Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport Sound judgment and professionalism when discussing pricing and purchase options Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments Self-motivation and accountability for personal performance Valid Alberta Driver''s License A career at High River Toyota means you will enjoy: Competitive Compensation Package ($50,000 to $150,000/year) Group Health Benefits Training & Development Support Vehicle Purchase & Service Incentives Opportunities for Career Advancement Employee recognition & rewards Fun & Supportive Culture Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year Benefits: Company events Dental care Extended health care Life insurance Paid time off Vision care Work Location: In person
