The outbound department creates new opportunities every day for Central Heating by building relationships, selling memberships, and generating leads. We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales deals. The candidate must be an excellent communicator, computer-literate, adaptable to change, and able to manage multiple priorities. They should also have strong interpersonal skills and be able to develop relationships with internal and external customers. The Outbound Sales Representative will be expected to plan and organize their work, work independently with little supervision, and have a willingness to learn and work collaboratively with others. High negotiation skills, persistence, and the ability to execute tasks on time and in accordance with core values are essential to this role. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills & marketing experience , be coachable, have a track record of sales success, and be highly motivated to develop themselves and their skills. Resourcefulness is also highly desirable.
