Escape City provides award-winning, highly immersive escape room adventures designed to challenge, excite, and bring people together. Our Escape Hosts are at the heart of that experience and play a key role in ensuring every guest has a memorable visit. As an Escape Host, you''ll be responsible for running the day-to-day guest experience at Escape City. From greeting guests and setting the stage for their adventure to monitoring games, resetting rooms, and maintaining a clean and welcoming facility, this role is hands-on, dynamic, and people-focused. Escape Hosts report to the Shift Leader on duty and the Operations Manager in Saskatoon. As a licensed facility, Escape City will only hire staff aged 19 and older. All employees must complete their Serve-It-Right Certification within two weeks of hiring. General Responsibilities and Duties Greet guests upon arrival and provide a friendly, welcoming first impression Deliver experience introductions and safety briefings Monitor escape room and mobile escape experiences using Escape City systems Reset escape rooms accurately and efficiently between groups Take bookings via phone and email, including payment and cash handling Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest experience Serve food and beverages in accordance with provincial and municipal regulations Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of the facility Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by Shift Leaders or the Operations Manager No prior escape room experience is required. Previous customer service experience is an asset. Bottom line: we''re looking for outgoing people with the right attitude and a willingness to learn. Availability for evenings and weekends is required, with preference given to candidates available Friday through Sunday. Due to the nature of the business, hours are not guaranteed, and some shifts may get reduced or cut depending on the number of bookings.
